Hi. I’m using your nice plugin, I think the best. However my client is asking me if it’s possible to create a database adding associated members info in fields.
The site is still in development but you can see the page with the general map
Actually I have one page (map and list) of all members and one for each category of members. From the list, each members name links to the whole placemark page, but it is a simple page, not a page with custom fields. What needed:
- a placemark page with my own custom fields (name, address, activity, member category etc.) Is it possible to create a customized page? Hope easily, I’m not a programmer. If it is possible, can I create a csv file with all those fields to mass import data?;
- After having “my custom placemark page”, would like to use each field filterable to let visitors search one specific member. It would be perfect also like the simple widget “Categories” (drop-down menu) included in WP installation;
- The placemark page is actually much different from my other pages, where my theme allows to choose from lots of template pages to use, if adding a custom sidebar and many other areas I can set. I need to assign a particular sidebar to all the placemarks pages but I’m not able to, as all those areas are not visible and activable.
I read you are creating a premium version of this plugin for placemarks. True? I will be happy to pay money for this (hope not too much…) but when will it be ready? and it’ll have the features above mentioned?
Thanks for your answers.
