I recently switched to a theme that uses Featured Images. In the past, I always inserted the first image manually but now the Featured Image automatically goes into that first position which means there are two images where there should be just one. I would like to find a way to permanently delete the first image from each post. I think the Search Regex plugin might be the answer but I'm not sure what to use for the search. Any help appreciated.
