While anything is possible, one thing is for sure: If you do this, you are asking for trouble. WordPress is simply not designed to work this way.
There may be other ways to accomplish whatever your end goal is. Can you provide a little more information on why you need to do this -- what you hope to achieve and why? I'll bet there's a more fitting solution.
