ounds like you might need to optimize either your code or MySQL configuration on that server. I'll check our parent to make sure it's up and see if there are any actions I can recommend on this.
And yet, if you have 33 users your MySQL service crashes. That doesn't really indicate a bandwidth issue more than an issue with your scripting versus your MySQL configuration.
The parent server is fine on this.
