Hello i am having one website like http://www.cinehug.com/telugu
website is running well. but some times it's getting "Error establishing a database connection". if i restart mysql server website is working well.
server - Godaddy VPS.
What is the Problem
1. Bandwidth ?
2. Mysql Server Down?
3. CMS' Config file missing or tampered
4. Wrong mysql credentials
Please Guide me. it's urgent please
