miladtahmasebi on "Premium Seo Pack . Wordpress Plugin"

I've downloaded and installed the premium seo pack plugin. As soon as i've done the configurations, there came a typical wordpress error on the top of my page which was referring to the plugin path! i tried to deactivate and reactivate the plugin many times though but it did not help so i decided to delete the plugin database from my phpmyadmin and then restore the recovered settings. So i removed all it's data from my wp options (phpmyadmin) and tried to reinstall the plugin But nothing changed! the error is still showing And in case of deleting it's database i lost my Plugin-settings-panel now so i cant even configure it's preferences anymore. Although i do have a backup from my plugin-settings but does someone know how to restore the plugin's database again? I've already tried installing and uninstalling it but it doesn't help.
