Jonas on "[Plugin: iThemes Security (formerly Better WP Security)] Table wp_itsec_lockouts is not created in network install"

I have earlier added a support question in https://wordpress.org/support/topic/itsec-tables-not-created?replies=16, but now it seems to be closed for further questions.

We have now updated to version 4.4.16 of this plugin on a network install of WP 3.9.2, and the error log is still filling up with "wp_itsec_lockouts doesn't exist".
The table is added for every separate sub-blog according to the blog id, for example "wp_1_itsec_lockouts" but not the general table for the network "wp_itsec_lockouts".
What is using the table without the specific id in the name?
